Choose one of the following programs (you can choose more than one, but for start you can stick to only one):
- Choose a book or a magazine.
You don’t need to buy them. If you or any of your friend or families have a bunch of books, get one of them. There are also hips of free books available online you can read on your tablet, or mobile. Read it at least for 20- 30 min a day. We all have that time, simply by cutting our time watch TV ads, or surfing around the internet, getting tired, and throwing our cell phone on the couch, and yawning! Train your brain to choose a right direction, to get the most of what it pays attention to.
2. Try to learn one NEW activity in a day for a week. A few words of a new language? Playing a new game (chess, cross word)? Learning how to fix your bike? Your broken photo frame? How to type quickly (it is fun by the way)? You can even train yourself to learn a new and interesting fact about the world, universe or whatever you feel you are interested in. That pushes your brain to make new connections and that what you exactly need for a brain WORKOUT!
